Text description provided by the architects. The Paula Souza Center is the institution of the State of São Paulo responsible for technical education, containing 268 schools and colleges. Its social relevance took the State Government to use it in its strategy to take definite part of the Luz neighborhood occupation, at the central region of the city of São Paulo.
